My goals for the next five years will focus on growth, learning, and
contribution.
First, I will continue developing my expertise in Program and Operations
Management by gaining more experience in different markets, leading larger
teams, and managing more complex projects.
Second, I plan to take some online courses that I have seen on the MIT website
to learn more about AI and machine learning. I think these technologies will
have a huge impact on many industries, so I think is important to get ready for
it.
Finally, I’m passionate about teaching, so I would love to start mentoring and
coaching other PMs, especially junior Program Managers to help them to develop
their careers. I also see myself leading a group of Program Managers able to
launch new technological products to the market.

system-on-dock progression in chipset development. Emulation — running software
on a simulation of the hardware before the physical chip exists — is a near-term
goal. It serves a critical long-term goal: validating features and identifying
bugs before the chip is physically manufactured. A bug found in emulation costs
days to fix. The same bug found after fabrication costs weeks and potentially a
new silicon spin — tens of millions of dollars. The near-term emulation coverage
goal is not valuable in itself — it is valuable because it compresses the risk
window before the long-term goal of full feature completion on real hardware. I
apply this thinking at the program level: every milestone I set is only
meaningful if I can articulate how it reduces risk or creates options for the
milestones that follow. Near-term goals that do not connect to long-term
outcomes are just tasks.

My near-term goal is to pick up knowledge in the possibilities in the GenAI and
Data Privacy space, so that I can be more effective in delivering data science
insights and products, yet not compromising on data security.

Having a long-term goal clearly set, breaking it down into near-term goals helps
visualize our progress and what is expected on a day-to-day basis. By hitting
the near-term goals I'll understand and grasp the depth, gain insights from the
stakeholders, and would be able to achieve the long-term goal. setting near-term
goals also help analyze trade-offs along the way

When working on a Project proposal and during the research phase, I ensure I ask
all key stakeholders the following questions, What is you 5 year vision for this
project or what are some major org. objective you would like to satisfy.  Once I
have a clear idea on what the teams and orgs long term goals are. I ensure that
with every goal/objective/milestone I set, I am taking a step towards meeting
long term org. goals. For instance, while working as a recruiter, I ensure I ask
functional managers as well as my XFN partners questions such as- how much does
your team plan to grow within the next years, what is the scale of the product
you are working on to get a better understanding of the volume the recruiting
will need to produce and that helps me decide a strategy, prioritize efforts,
distrabute workload all so we meet long term goals.,

My short term or near term goals are to explore the agentic AI and understand
how they react which eventually lead to the long term goal where I will be in a
position to let AI perform majority of my tasks and split the workload.
